Simple, classic and beautiful, these vintage porcelain light sockets are absolutely the best quality around, they're glazed porcelain and have a die cast steel base. Available in white or black, no switch, no writing on the porcelain, just pure elegant perfection. The base easily removes by unscrewing 2 screws inside the socket to access the 2 wire connections inside. These keyless light sockets are perfect for restoring old lamps and lights or for all of your homemade lighting fixtures.

- Cap base has 1/8 IPS standard lamp pipe thread with set screw
- NO on/off knob, so these would need to be turned on and off by something like a wall switch, an in-line switch, or by unplugging the fixture.
