The perfect addition to any lamp or small appliance such as fans and radios, this beautiful fabric covered electrical wire is a great way to replicate that vintage industrial age charm.

This is BRAND NEW reproduction antique style 3-wire, 18 gauge (known as 18/3). Each wire is a stranded copper insulated wire (much like standard wiring of today) then covered in a braided rayon fabric. The 3 wires allow you to use a ground wire, although many lighting situations won't require one, in which case just clip the green wire and leave it unused. Use this instead of the 2-wire twisted cord if you want to use a ground, or you just want the thicker look or more support that this 3-wire cord offers!

Great Vintage look

We are using this vintage cloth covered wire to put together a Wagon Wheel chandelier with jar lights. This cloth covered wire gives it the look we were going for to complete the look.
We were also pleased with the customer service, we got our order on time ! We will use Snake Head Vintage in the future.
