Second row left to right: Satin Nickel, Polished Nickel, Satin Black
Bottom row: Unfinished Steel (NOTE: this fitter is steel material, the rest are brass)
 
These uno threaded shade fitters are designed to go hand in hand with our uno threaded sockets (they'll fit on any socket with uno threads), and they will hold a 2-1/4" necked shade (or up to 1/2" smaller)  with their adjustable screws. With so many shade styles, shapes and colors out there, let your imagination run wild and find the perfect shade for you! (We also have larger 3-1/4" and 4" fitters available)
 
Sockets are sold separately, see the "Sockets" section of the store

- Standard "UNO" type threads
- 3 thumb screws to tighten onto your shade (be careful not to over tighten on a glass shade or you'll risk breaking it!)
- These are designed for shades with a 2.25 inch lip, but will fit a wide range of shade sizes since the thumb screws are adjustable by about 3/4"

    This fitter is the perfect add-on to attach the socket to their 10" metal porcelain shade. Very retro, looks great!

    I have a house of the 1940s, and many of the exterior and garage lamps, made of green enameled steel, were at some time replaced with plastic floodlights or fluorescent tubes. AS part of the restoration work, I have been installing lamps that look like the originals. Snake Head lamps are pretty much like the real thing: Sturdy, made of true metal, and very attractive. Good deal.
